Toyota Indonesia Jaringan Purna Jual TerbaikPT Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) was named the company with the best after-sales network of dealers in the event the "Indonesia Service to Care Award 2012" held Marketeers and MarkPlus Insight Magazine at the Four Season Hotel, Kuningan, South Jakarta.

These results are based on a survey of 1560 respondents in the Jabodetabek area, measuring the quality of the services of several industries, namely hospitals, dealership network, airline, finance, motorcycle and car loans, life insurance, bank and mobile operator. This survey is not limited to "service excellence" but also "trusted care" which is more oriented to providing solutions and building strong relationships with customers.

Until now, Toyota has 227 dealerships, increased 2 percent from a year ago. Throughout 2012, Toyota plans to add 48 new dealerships throughout Indonesia.
